WORLD LEGEND

Giorgis Karagounis about playing in the Legends Charity Game:
“Portugal, and Lisbon in particular, hold a special place in the hearts of every Greek football fan. It’s where we made history in 2004, achieving the impossible by winning the European Championship. We faced an incredible Portuguese side in the final, and it’s amazing to think that more than 20 years later, I’ll be sharing the pitch with some of those same players. Most importantly, this game will help families affected by war and conflict, as well as local charities doing vital work here in Portugal. I’m proud to be part of it and look forward to seeing you all there.”
